    Theres an old salvage yard around me for sale. Nothing included, just the building and yard. Decent sized yard, pretty good sized building with 4 or 5 bays, office, and living space. Dunno how much they want tho.

    Ask the yard owner if they would be willing to owner finance the yard. They already possibly have a huge nest egg and owner finance would be a steady income for years. Offer to finance the equipment they may have along with the property. If they are receptive I can assist in guiding you through the process.
