Howdy ya'll, had a couple quick questions for those of you that do this sort of thing.

I normally wouldn't be doing this, but through a friend of mine I've been asked to take out a pool and a screen room from someone he knows. A tree fell on both of them, and the guy apparently just wants someone legit to take them out. I ,for one, am such a guy... my problem is I've never taken apart a screen room, much less put one up.

I haven't looked at it yet, and have no idea what condition it's in other than the fact a tree fell on it, I still have to call the guy as well to get more information. Only got the call last night.

If you were taking down a screen room, and we'll assume it's still attached to the house. How would you go about doing it? I was thinking about dismantling it piece by piece or hit it with a sawzall a short distance from the house, taking off the whole room at once and the take the leftover pieces of with a drill.

The other part I'm looking at would be the authorization, which I've got the form off this site, and taking pictures of the room before doing anything to it to help prevent any damage claims.

If you have any tips or know of anything I'm missing, please let me know. This might also be a solo job...
