Well its official- Just rented a building

I built a 40x60 barn a few years ago to put my toys/work out of. Well its way out in the country and just doesnt work well for a drop off location.
So i did it today, just rented a 1400 sf building in a fairly large town. I am renting the building at a very low price, it doesnt allow me to have alot of storage, but thats what my barn is for! I am going to specalize in buying Any non-ferrous, auto cores, and E waste! Currently looking at laws about buying scrap metal in michigan. Any advice or tips would be great! Thanks!

Congrats! Hopefully there's nothing in the lawbooks that prevent you from your plan.
