next load of servers in Nashville. help!

next load of servers from this lot are in Nashville. 5 pallets plus two racks with servers about 15,000 lbs oo far for me to go. must be loaded from a dock. we must provide a bill of lading..

I can meet in Nashville and provide secret clearence needed along with other necessary paperwork.

this is part of a potential 400,000 lb group. first load scheduled for sept 19 or Oct 1

    any Ideas ?

P.S. these are mostly 3 to 4 year old working servers just out of warrenty military grade GSA approved. more details in private conversation only.

that is an option, but Im looking for a better one, a win win so to speak. after paying for the servers it dosn't leave me much cash to work with. we are still hauling from the other location, but Nashville is a bit far for our equipment.

Why not contract with one of those Less Freight or whatever companies? Or hell, try uship if nothing else.

I would help if I was there, but that is several states away.

Check on CL to see if anyone with a decent size trailer is coming your way from there.

You could have mikeinreco rent a truck from Ryder that have a straight truck that could handle the weight and is dock height. Then sell them to him and he can bring them back to his place.
I am going to be In St Louis MO that week I could rent a truck go get them and bring them back to St Louis with me. You notice I never said I would buy them I have no idea what you paid but I am pretty sure I do not have the cash laying around to buy 15,000 lbs of computers.

to give youall an Idea what we are talking about on these servers. tearing one down compaired to a desk top tower is like the difference between scrapping a car and a semi.
