    licenses or permits

    So I've been doing lots of research. I'm in Massachusetts. Do we need any special permits or licenses from state or federal for ewaste escrap businesses? All I can find is I.need a business permit from town my.warehouse is in. Ill be calling town tomorrow but thought I'd ask here to.
