Ya, sorry I didn't get back to this thread but got busy. They have a list that they actively buy because that is what their buyer accepts.
The list may change based on the buyers demands. Look the cartridge over and if it looks shabby, they probably won't accept it.
I talked with Karen the cust. service manager. She said on the rare occasion they might get one that looks great but does not work, they will check them out and repair (if possible) and pay you for a working unit. Seemed ok to me but I don't think we're gonna get rich in this field.
