We have a ton of laser toner cartridges to go thru, but will probably wait to see what happens with the coronavirus. It put a damper on prices for toner cartridges. Not enough people in offices for large demands.
Just a note for anyone deciding to give this a shot. They do say that shipments recieved from individuals are scrutinized and circuit tested. Sounds like they were burned before by recyclers. If it is set up under a school or non-profit, they don't verify as much.
During the summer, we sent dazz an email inquiring about box weight limitations and not being able to meet minimum values at that weight. Never got a response. This week, we requested prepaid labels for 2 boxes of empty toners. Took 2 emails to get a response and they responded they are not buying empty toners at this time. Website has not been updated.
Have to say, I'm not impressed with customer service at this time.
I understand covid is effecting the market, but change your website and answer emails promptly.
