    Buying from yards

We would like to buy mixed wire from our local yard, and process our selfs. (the yard currently ships to buyers over seas) I am trying to figure a way to find out what the value is and not get gouged. I am guessing all prices are based on spot prices? But what is a fair % below spot if they don't have to wait to fill up a full container, sort, bail and pay for shipping?
We can pick up and pay on the spot .

Just get all your ducks in a row and make a professional presentation of how you can make the yard money.........That's all the yard cares about.........Money and sometimes they may have contracts they have to fill........Good luck you might be able to get ewaste and process it easier

just remember most successful yard owners are kissin cousins to successful pawn shop owners. no dissrespect ment. just that they are both pretty dam* sharp or they wouldnt survive.
