Before you jump on looking for a way to get back in action , let your old? body recover a bit. The older you get, the harder it becomes. Hell I’m only 58 and some things are getting painful at times L
As far as the Server parts go. Start search on Ebay first and use the details for a google search for the specs on the cards, memory, processors, ETC.
