Check the Staples web site, they are having a sale online. You can order 250 business cards for 9.99 (+ tax, of course) and order T-shirts that match the cards. I admit I was tempted myself, but just ordered the cards and matching business card sized magnets. By signing up I was able to save the design for future use in case I do decide to get the shirt. As a bonus, I was able to use my Staples Reward card. I'm sure that will come in handy along with the credits I get from turning in the ink cartriges.

There is also cafepress.com I haven't used them but what I remember you can customize most everything and I don't think there is a minimum - plus you can sell your design as advertisement (you set your selling price).

Have you checked out the company that does them here, design your own instead of the premade's.
