School bus on our property - how much is it worth?

We have an old school bus on our property, the last owner left it there because he couldn't get it off the hill. He had planned to scrap it. It's an 80's bus, pretty long. No seats in it. I was just wondering if it is worth it to cut the bus up with a torch and sell it for scrap or if it wouldn't be worth it? we don't have a title and the bus doesn't have an engine transmission, nothing else. Just a frame and body. How much do you think it'd be worth? it's a pretty large bus, just want to make sure it'd be worth my time or if I should just leave it.

Does this thread have anything to do with this one

That said do you have tools to break it down?
You could call a local scrapper and see what they would pay you to take it as is.

I've seen photos of fairly decent trailers made using those. It might be worth checking into, and definitely better than scrap
A photo might be of some help
