Yes, I place them at busy intersections and in front of places like Home Depot.
That's a nice size. I know of the companies I was thinking of and have booked marked only go to 18x24

Yeah a lot of them are on telephone/utility poles. Most use zip tiles or other similar things to attach them.

Nice idea for Home Depot. Will keep that in mind.

In order to make your signs stay up longer, I will tell you to do what I do. Don't make it simple for them to do a snatch and grab to dispose of your sign. I go out with a stepladder and a screw gun, attaching them to telephone poles about 8 feet up. Increases visibility, harder to yank down.

Yeah Grav a lot of cities don't like these signs. But for most, if they have ordinances on the books enforcement seems to be spotty at best.

Yeah, most guys here do the same thing, but most use hammer and nails. I like the screw gun idea better though...quicker! lol

Anyway, here is a pic. I considered doing a full color logo instead of this but that would have greatly increased the cost. Also would have reduced "readability" for people driving by. The website I ordered from said blue on white was the easiest to read and got the best results, so that is what I ordered.
Looks good. Can't tell you how many times I have seen a sign, any thing from a yard sale sign, to full graphics on a vehicle, and it's hard to read. Other day I saw a car with a RE web address. Shade of color wasn't much different than the car itself. Made it hard to read.

Then you get the yard salers making signs with pencils. Yeah, good luck with that.

I saw a fistfight over these a couple weeks ago. A guy was putting these up advertising his Xmas light installation service, and someone was going around every morning with a can of blue spraypaint covering up the phone #. Not yanking down the sign, mind you, but just ruining it. Well, the Xmas light guy laid in wait for him one morning, and I saw the spraypaint guy go up & spray the sign... Xmas light guy comes flying up in his pickup and jumps out yelling and flailing his arms.

    Hilarity ensued.

BTW I have a standard answer for people who ask me what I'm doing when I'm either putting up my signs or shopping at Curbco.

I'm trying to feed my two little girls.

Always shuts them up, and they don't need to know my two little girls are domestic shorthairs.

    Thanks Burly for the information.

They are a bit more expensive from a company I have booked marked, but they offer bigger signs, so worth the extra price. Will get soon real soon. Thanks again.
