not true, chargebacks will get there money back for them and they get to keep the item, i find that its best to split stuff up into smaller amounts to lessen the risk. But obviously its not always possible to split up items. Sell in 1 pound lots vs 10 pounds. Or sell cards individually instead of a lot of 10, and so on.

Dont let one bad sale set your opinion of
ebay. Ive been thru that 50 times over. Until you accept the fact that: the customer is always right even if they are a thief, you will have problems doing business online. If you look at it form a business standpoint like i do it would just be a $360 loss, plus $100 loss on shipping plus a $100 loss on fees paid, so i would just claim it as a $560 loss against my income. It takes lemons to make lemonade.
There are far more decent people out there than there are lairs and cheats. The problem is the 1% make the other 99% look bad.

It's not the money but principal behind this that bothers me..
You see during the buyers and my communications I gave him the guys telephone number from whom I had purchased the camera back from there should have never been a dispute, now you know why I'm going to refuse delivery. I refuse to be worked over with a parts switch.
