As of 5:12 today liberty tow and the liberty family of compnaies has expanded i bought AAA property management.

this affords me a new shop 960 sqaure feet but an acre of land for $1100 a month
4 new trucks
1 97 f250 ex cab long bed with snow plow and salter
a 04 chevy astro
a 1999 ford f450 stakebody7.3 diesel with liftgate and plow
and a 1997 f suberduty 73. diesel 17' stakebed dump with plow and salter

2 new trailers brimar equipment hauler and big tex 70pi and

3 new employees

as well as the contracts and cliientele

i am super excited about it

best of all there is already tons of scrap to process

thought i would share my new baby

Thanks to be honest i had no intention of buying it but the books looked amazing and the old owner had a bit of a shall we say demons on his back. Financially it makes sense i am walking into a turnkney running endeavor i can build off of with a already absentee owner so it should be interesting. At the very least i can run it for a season and sell it what i paid for it.

congrats on your expansion. i hope your employees are good that would be my major concern, and im a little jealous of all the plows tho they hardly get used down here, usually the lots get cleared with skid steers. again happy for you

i was curious about all the scrap behind the shop

i just found out we do real estate forclosures and commercial building maintainence after reading through the contracts and the books i think i found a new home and stream of steady scrap

Thanks guys i appreciate all the love i came in at 7:30 with the old owner and introduced myself to the old/new crew what a wonderful bunch of guys. A very homey atmosphere i am trying not to make alot of big changes all at once but the shop is a mess organization is not at all there and it seems the trucks need work none the less. i am prepared to tackle this everyone is oput on jobsites right nbow and we made $1k in 2 hours
