My first reaction when I get solicited by any business or website is to ignore them. This website looks like it is just taking feeds from other sources, and possibly collecting people's information for other reasons. There are a few too many google adsense ads on this page as well, which to me takes away legitimacy. The business is registered in India as well. I wouldn't sign up.
