    I know we done talked about it on thephone, but i want to add my congrats to. i know how hard it can be, everyone that works here is a personal friend and when it gets bad it gets bad, lets be honest they see me more than they see their wives or girlfriends. hang in their liberty, the hardest thing about being a leader for me is to understand the guys needs
