Today was a Great Day

After the recent business Fiasco"s i haven"t really been myself well today i did something i shoulda done a while ago.

I listened.

I asked my employees what their thoughts were. What they would change how they like it here. i bought everyone lunch and we did something out of the ordinary. I got to learn about my guy. No yelling just listening.

I learned more during those sandwiches and soda then i ever would have thought.

I learned everyone hates to drive truck 3. i learned i am hard to approach with a problem. i learned they have ideas how to get more customers btw they work i got 2 new ones to day more in another thread.

Being approachable by your employees is very important.

I know we done talked about it on thephone, but i want to add my congrats to. i know how hard it can be, everyone that works here is a personal friend and when it gets bad it gets bad, lets be honest they see me more than they see their wives or girlfriends. hang in their liberty, the hardest thing about being a leader for me is to understand the guys needs
