    I wasn't really referring to the Carlina's cause when I drove truck we called Connecticut the Communist state because the speeding fines were extreme. Seen a guy once caught there for 3 MPH over the limit. And they used cars/trucks/RV's that had been impounded as decoy radar vehicles. Even seen a Rolls Silver Shadow with a radar gun on the dash.

    I call the Carolina's down south,,,lol
