    Pots and pans

    Got a lot of old cooking pots and pans the other day. What would you guys classify those as for scrap? Some are magnetic some aren't.

    Magnetic=Shred unless they are cast iron then they would probably sell for more then scrap value. Others are typically aluminum and you can remove steel and handles to get aluminum sheet or turn them in as is for contaminated aluminum.

    Magnetic = steel pile
    Cast Alum if clean
    Dirty Alum if not
    Stainless Steel as long as it is non magnetic
    & Copper would be very nice to find!!!!

    Yeah I actually found 3 copper pans, and a copper like drink serving set. Ones pretty tarnished up, but the others are nice and bright.
