    depends on how you look at it it will take out alot of lazy unprepared scrappers and allow alot of others to get prices down to where the $$$ sh0ould be

    it would appear they're still shipping in bulk, one of the trains derailed today in missouri was 75 cars loaded with scrap metal headed south

    i'm also guessing copper prices may soon look a bit better after hearing one of chinas big copper mines was discovered to have a lot less reserves than expected

    I like the article on the left hand side that states copper will hit $50 a lb..seems reputable enough to me..lol

    Can you imagine the copper thefts if it hit $50 a lb.? Nothing would be safe.

    Valid point...Will never happen but that would cause chaos.

    I have no problem with the 165 a ton I got on friday..bit lower than usual, but ill still take the extra cash for gas n diapers..
