always listen to the SMF pros... partnerships suck!

After a month of trying to get the whole thing set up, to no avail, iv decided to go out and do it all on my own. The Guys never around to help put out flyers, talk to businesses, etc. Always busy with personal stuff. IMO something like this needs to be a priority. I do not think it is for him.

Lesson learned: always listen to the pros! LOL

If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...

if that person has a interest in the company money in the company.. Im sure he will have some desires. but if he just asked hey lets become partner.. I would say yes... and heck.. not my money.. so why work hard.. thats the impression.. i would percieve it as.

So yeah best to do it yourself. Like Myself .. hire someone is alot better.. if they don't perform .. Give em da boot and have a nice day.

    Some things just never fail.

I agree listen to the pros..sometimes tho...finding the right partner is matter of trial an error. Two known recipies for partner failure, are friends an family. I operate solo, but I've seen excellent partnerships in the past, an with others I know.

Sorry it didn't work out Jord, lest now you know where he stands far as a partner in the business.

Good luck on the solo operation, tho I think you'll do just fine.

I scrap solo, but if I ever was thinking of a partner I would subcontract them on a commision or percentage bases first. After a while you would see if they are going to have what it takes and you would not have the expenses associated with them being an employee or the hassel of dumping a partner.

    Just my $0.02.
If it wasn't for the $ in $crap, it would just be.....

Sorry to hear that but its better to go solo and just hire out if you need help thats what I have been doing. Less red tape less stress more profit for yourself.

Well really you never got started to fail lol.
But it all depends on who and what you are doing.I have been thinking of getting a partner just to start doing other things.
