    just another idea

Thought of this while reading a post on another thread. This may help out some of the new members find material.

Contact property managers. Apartments, rental houses, warehouse space, retail spaces, etc. When people move, they ALWAYS leave something behind. Guarantee property owners/managers dont have time to worry about stuff like that and would be glad to have you pick stuff up.

Hope this helps people out! I know im gonna give it a shot.
If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...

Another idea along that line is start a "clean out" business. Get paid to take all the stuff left behind and keep the "good stuff" for yourself.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

And along the same line, add a yard sale haul off for the people that don't want to look at their stuff when their done with the sale.

i love checking out the yard sales first thing in the morning, even better early evening and 70% of the time half the stuff is on the curb for the picking.
