NOt sure if the OP is being honest or not but if it were me I would have let everyone here know who it was that was screwing me over. It may draw out the offender into telling their side of the story. At the least it will let others know to tread lightley if they have dealings with this company.

also guessing he shoulda tried getting the sheriff down there while they had a chance to get some IDs
