I have built my company by networking and helping my customers and colleagues out and asking them for help and it has worked pretty well so far... Might want to let your guard down and share some real info on this and see what we can do for you....

Hey we all want everyone here to be treated fair and with respect. Iv seen it many times, when someone gets in trouble or needs a hand, everyone comes together to help out or offer assistance in one way or another.

I actually don't see how it matters, who it was, or where it was. A deals a deal, and if it's broken, it just ain't right, no matter where or who ; )

My colleague is there. We feel so disappointed. The CEO is not there. and a sales person told us the CEO may be there tomorrow. He said they have another warehouse in another state. They will send us the products tomorrow from that warehouse. It's a joke..... when we asked where the warehouse and phone number. He said he didn't know. He asked us to wait for tomorrow. and said he can't reach the CEO right now.

Wait wait wait.... So you went to the warehouse to see the material before you bought it, then went to the same warehouse today and its gone? So they shipped it to another warehouse, but couldn't ship it to you??? Do not leave that warehouse today until you get your stuff or money back. That's BS. Its a load of crap that they cant get a hold of the "CEO". I would be fuming if i was there right now. Time for No more Mr nice guy. I think its time to get the law involved. Asap.

I thought the same thing. yes call the law make a report, then depending on the amount of the purchase you can file a small claims plus travel expenses and other stuff.. call the BBS and see if this has happened in the past with this company.

Have been following this thread since the first post...anddddd it smells like this post here

1) trying to figure out why ANYONE would join us and have the very first post, and all subsequent posts, be about a "bad deal"!

2) I do not know anyone, ANYONE, who would let it go this long and not be on that place likes flies on ****, Sirscrapalots cooler.

3) I hope to be wrong here, but nothing seems right, about the whole thing! just my 2

I've also been hesitant to chime in on this thread, for similar reasons. If it's a real complaint/beef, post up the company name, etc. I will say these scams happen all the time. Specially with folks who do drop shipping, or think their getting a real wholesaler. Sometimes you gotta dig thru a whole lotta crap to find the good stuff, this is true with scrap, it's also true with researching a company.

I believe hes being honest and think hes just got himself caught up with a really really crappy, mismanaged company. But i think hes gotta start gettin mean. Dont let anyone push you around. Especially when theres a significant amount of money on the line.

YES! I do not know anybody in business, who would make an introduction on a public forum, and ask questions, and make comments, like this. If it is for real...they need to be talking to a lawyer, not getting opinions from a bunch of strangers on the internet! again, my 2

I smell troll, yes I admit i said it.

I didn't say it was a troll, just smelled of one. Brojer points out a very telling sign, usually when someone joins a forum an the first post is at a member, or business and it's a complaint, it's a sign of a troll. I could very well be wrong, an said as much in my other post.

I hope he/she is being honest an not trying to troll. Cause as a troll, it's a epic failure.

Let us know what happens, I'm curious how this will all end.
