    Cool buisness question

    do I need to be insured, bonded, licensed. to run my e-scrap business. im a donations only, I do not purchase e-scrap

    Assuming you are a small operation then it will require what ever your state and local governments require. Perhaps someone who lives in your state will have a more complete answer. Mike.

    under the current conditions you should be insured, licensed, and bonded before you blow your nose, but most folks don't
