If the 50% rule applies to AirGas, I'm going to have to get a few 30 pounders and hang on to them for a while. Right now, I don't do anywhere near the volume that you do. I also have some odd ball stuff that would be tough to get a half tank (500, 502, 18, etc.). I noticed that in one of your other posts, you have a tank for your R-12 blends and your R-22 blends. Did you do this with the AirGas load?

Thomas, I used to seperate the 400 series blends by the base. Almost all of them with the exception of 410A either use R22 or R134A as the base. Now all the blends go into one 250# tank. The only blend I keep seperate is R502. As long as you send in at least 500 pounds of R22, you won't get docked for a disposal fee.
