Any value in Capacitor

Resale value not sure, would need more information.
Scrap value yes. If they do have an aluminum casing then you can recycle them as dirty aluminum.
Some yards might not want to give you dirty AL price though, they will tell you they will buy them at steel price.

Is there any update on this of who accepts and what they might pay? My yard buys them as shred, but I'm looking for more if it is possible. I buy roughly 100 air condensing units a week and each one has at least one large aluminum capacitor and I get quite a few circuit boards and they have small ones that are easy to remove. Should I even worry about them or should I let the big ones go to scrap and the small ones go to my board buyers? Any help would be awesome.
