    An interesting read. Like most information regarding computer and electronic recycling, it is confusing and contradictory to itself. "It is not hazardous waste, but it is, but not really, but is".

    Its hazardous waste in the sense that it has heavy metals and chemicals that can cause harm to people. However from a legal standpoint it does not classify as hazardous waste if it meets certain criteria.
