Here's the update on the warehouse:
Well, the 1,000 sq.ft. is definitely too small.
Raymond the forklift is in place and already being put to good use.
The location is excellent, as well as the fact that heat & electric are included (& the loading dock)
The price makes me willing to work with the limited space.
I still have to move a workbench & tools there (this week)
I have it chock full of gaylords on pallets awaiting processing.
I have a retired technician working with me now: he is better than any of the young bucks I had before.
I can not compete with Patriot76, but it is my little magic bus.
I gotta drive it and see where it takes me.

Your recliner in the clubhouse is now going to NH to use till you rectify this no picture thing.
Sorry man.
Sirscrapalot - Pictures!
With absolutely no encouragement, (!!) here are some pics of the new warehouse. I have yet to set up the spin doctor's workbench of destruction, but this will give a general idea. I already want/need at least double the space! ... All in good time. You can see Raymond being delivered, and the happy forklift delivery man. The pallets are all projects for specific clients. Raymond is holding a 1000 lb. pallet of lead acid batteries from some commercial grade UPS units. There is a stack of (heavy) backplanes, and, on the blue recycling bin, is a batch of tin plated copper grounding bars. I originally thought they were of aluminum. Copper is definitely better. Now, to set up the workbench.

You may need to get a bigger place soon. Congrats the new place. Mike

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked
Nice place Spin. You can have your chair back if you can get NH out of it.
An I'm digging the rockband/guitar drums in the last pic next to the blue bin!
Sirscrapalot - Take away a man's chair an see what he gets done.
