Update, had a doctor appointment today, they are now saying my healing can be a year, last they told me was a month to 2 months (about 3 weeks ago) to now a year. I'm now on long term meds that will help my back heal. But still moving on trying to get my other company going but did not want to make a new thread, but at the same time wanted to keep ya'll updated.
