    Business tip

I have seen more an more people opening and starting companies both on here an everywhere else. But one thing I will say that I don't think people are doing (something I should of done more of) is review, adjust, review then action.

One of my huge pit falls was where I did not review some employees (who also happened to been a manager) due to the fact he was a "long term friend" and was like "family" an that was a mistake I made.

But getting back to the point...

If you want to start a company...do something new, make a change or...just about anything...review it, make the adjustments and BEFORE you act on those adjustments review them as a whole and see if it will fix the issue.

When you make adjustment and don't think about it from how can fail or cause issues..sometimes you can make a change or do something that can only cause your more problems than its worth...an I bet a lot of us here have that issue before!

anyway this may seem simple or dumb but I am reviewing things I did and I'm still making minor changes but...I'm working on making sure that I do not make the same mistakes or even new mistakes if I can prevent them before they happen.

Anyway I need to get to bed and stop working and try to get some sleep.

My biz model is fairly simple........Keep overhead low, expenses low, and inventory to a minimum that way if I want to get out and do something else I am not tied down with say for instance a lease on a warehouse or huge amounts of heavy equipment..........Sure I may not get rich but how many people do we know that do get rich doing this or and in any other biz for that matter............The amount of people who fail running their own biz is a million to one for the person that hits a true home run and becomes filthy rich.........I do give credit to those on this forum who have large operations with multiple employees but its just not for me................Perhaps when I get older and can't do anymore I will pay someone to do for me but until then I will stay small and try not to get eaten up by the large conglomerates............One thing I do have going for me is this...........I pay cash and I will pick up material on site and even pay them for it............Acquired large medical contract this week just for that fact.........They were giving it to a large recycler in this area but when they saw my ad on CL and that I paid they called me...........First pickup at scrap price was over 100 towers mostly dual core............It can be done just do it in your own way and do not let others pressure you into anything..............Oh well I'll get off my soapbox and KEEP SCRAPPING!!!!
