    Liability form

    Hey all,

I tried searching for liability forms but had no luck. Tomorrow I plan on going to someone's house where they have some steel rods in a fire pit that I have to get out. Supposedly it's all muddy and what not, and to save my and my partners butt in any sort of legal issues if this person thinks we damaged something, I wanted them to sign a liability sheet.

Any hoot, was wondering if you guys do this, and if so, what's included on yours?

    Thanks
    -Tom

I think what you're looking for is a liability waiver. Googling that term brings up a variety of results, maybe one of them will fit your needs. I've never done one so I'm not sure what help I can be. Good luck.
