    the issue is that MOST businesses that require this (basically all of them to keep their insurance people happy and not cancelling them) HAVE to have the COD....the are uninsurable otherwise...and **** near all businesses that deal with customer data is affected by that...my point was to have the right things in place where you can get the contracts for these places and not look like an amateur by producing something you cobbled together using photoshop...the learning curve is not that steep and the price isn't either.
