    In over my head!

I'm going tomorrow to talk to a pallet factory plant manager. They are upgrading and tearing out all of their old lines. This will be a first for me I've only dealt with individuals before.

Good luck. Be confident; Just don't promise more than you can deliver.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Will you have to pick up "additional labor" ?
Do you have the proper equipment and or room in your budget to rent what you need to do the job ?
Can you haul what you are tearing out?
Those are the main things that I would look at.
    Time considerations, as well.
    Good Luck !!

Went to look at the job. They have taken all of the equipment apart and I can load indoors. I offered him a 50% split since he is willing to let me use his fork trucks to load. He is supposed to get back with me. This looks to be a lot easier than most of the jobs I get which are farms no mud
