    AS Promised

Received ck from buyer 17 days no contact but payment was in the realm of acceptability. Probably was the forum and members interests that prompted it,or, could be just normal time frame for them. it is a good idea to let customers know expected turn around time frame or at least a contact,

I will continue to sell to this company and would recommend them to others with the caveat of payment times.

Thanks for letting us know! I hope I'm not prying too much, but will you be posting a review of them?

I'm glad that everything worked out in the end for you....

This is good! And bad, it seems like you went out of your way to get paid! I am glad it all worked out and waiting for the buyer to post here hopefully about the delay...

my original post was deleted, I assume a review on the open forum would be also, though I don't agree with the premise. AS it turns out their performance was in the realm of acceptance, and may now have a better handle on customer relations.

Hf. of course I went out of my way to get paid. Did I do it for the $110, no, I did it to let them know I would let other forum members know about sub par performance, The $100 doesn't break me but it may cause some members great stress, and make them aware of the importance of customer contact.

All reviews, good or bad, SHOULD be posted in a buyers thread. It has always been done this way. I don't think anyone should take offense to a review. Constructive criticism not only helps prospective sellers but also helps the buyer letting them know if what they are doing is good or if there is room for improvement. It also gives the buyer a chance to respond to any concerns.

$1 or $100 you or anyone should get paid for all goods and services. As a business owner I have learned from and I track all I do business with. I especially like those that pay promptly and consistently. I really like those that pay in less the ten days (who wouldn't) and those that pay in less than 30 days, is for me perfectly acceptable. I have customers that have "terms" with my company that even go up to 90 days. What I look for is consistency and what a customer says and does. The larger the company, the more complex their accounting and payee schedules. A online payment method or a bank to bank transfer could be one or two days (even a couple of hours). Requesting a check, even when they say that is possible, may take a little longer, but always less than 30 days. Wait until you do business with a government organization, they take it from you much faster than they pay always (very complex pay schedules)..
