It's not likely that you would have much luck on the resell. That leaves a couple of options:
1: Sort it and parallelize whole units just as it's coming off the truck. ie: Whole desktops go into one Gaylord, printers go in another, wire goes in another, laptops another etc.
Basically, wholesale it out to a buyer.
2: ( more labor) You could set up some kind of dis-assembly line and break down each unit as it comes off the truck. Maybe start with the towers because they're the easiest to do ? Once you get the knack of that, try something a little harder to break down ?
Just a suggestion. It's all situational though.
Chances are that the
e-waste has been piling up inside the school system for years. Is there an urgent need to flush it out all at once ?
I've found that if you take a monumental task and break it down into smaller bite sized goals it's easier to manage.

There might be another storage option. There's a place in the city where we used to rent worn out tractor trailer box trailers. They were good weathertight storage in a construction site. We rented them for a month or two and had them hauled back when they weren't needed anymore.
Some scrap metals dealers buy them outright for a couple of grand each. Do you have any lines on these -or- maybe old shipping containers ?
