So legally can I present any e-scrap buyers ad from here

So my take on this ad, that I properly documented in acceptable formats with proper time stamping and a that stuff, I can present this company with any advertised buyer of computer scrap even ones you might make here on rhis sight. So I'm just wondering what's stopping some really awesome member seeing this thread and then making their own thread advertising to buy low grade boards for $18.56 a pound in hope I find it rl document their ad just to present this company so that I get at least $18.57 a pound for them.

Is this legal. I can see that nor being legal but what about ads made prior to today? Can I use ads posted here to get the best money I can for my stuff without having to mail anything?
Tell what I can do legally and what to stay far away from trying to do in a case like this.

This ad is not offering to buy ewaste. It is saying it will be any price to recycle it. Most companies charge other companies to get rid of their ewaste. SO this ad is saying they wont charge them as much as other companies not that they will buy it from you.

Also just because you are a buyer you have a right to buy or not. In the above example no way would you beat the low grade board price as it is way above normal pricing.
