    Current Stainless prices

    Just curious as to what stainless is worth these days, got a line on a pile.

    The best thing to do is call your yard. Prices differ depending on where you live.

    I have a pile of SS. I took a sample into my yard and asked what he'd pay. As is, .20/lb, if I clean it, .80lb. This was last fall as I haven't gotten around to cleaning it up.

    On a side note I am tempted to break down and buy a plasma cutter, since it would just about pay for this job. Till then, I'll keep on stockpiling.
