There's this troublesome thing called the constitution and the rule of law here in the states. We can't just chuck it out the window when things get tough. People have the right to move freely about. The main issue we have here is that some of the summer people from New York have fled the city and brought the covid-19 thing with em' here to the island. You have to be super careful about small town gossip but it's more likely than not that we have at least two confirmed cases from "away".
