Yards aren't going to give you pricing most times. They're gonna respond to your pricing. Set your pricing then send it to yards. If yours is as good or better than what they already have, you can lock in an order or two from them. Depending on the yard you'll also need to pass a credit background check so they can see you have the resources to pay.
I have no idea how to calculate price for a particular scrap item, I'm not sure how to make an offer even more because no one replies email or want to talk on phone about scrap selling.
I will revisit yards again and will leave my offer with them, it might work
