How to register our business on Ontario business registry

Hello guys, I need some advice from you all. I have a mental recycling shop in Ontario, Canada. I want to register my business in the Ontario business registry? Is it ok to register there? What are the pros and cons of the registration? How much time need for the total process? For this, should any legal formalities? Does anyone have any idea about this please share here. yesterday I read a blog on the Ontario business registry. It was quite good and informative. I wish you all spend your information here .Thank you

    Spammers are striking again.
NEW TO SCRAPPING? READ THIS: Build up your horde of magnetic and non-magnetic metals in two piles until you have a better understanding of the business. Magnetic material has low value and is mostly always steel / shred / short iron. Read old threads about non-magnetic metals and ewaste (and how to sort them), but don't forget that they generally have absolutely no tolerance for contamination (screw / iron / foreign material).

Register your business as what, a limited company or proprietorship either will need to purchase a business license for the year and each year going forward. That business license is going to open opportunity's for ya. But you're going to have to figure that out for yourself.

If you want to register with the Better Business Bureau there's a yearly fee.

A business phone associated with your project will cost you more but gets you some exposure to the public.

Register a Sole Proprietorship or Small Business, link.

A bank account with business checks, with contact information, address and phone number, do no commingle business funds with personal.
