That looks really nice! It's very professional and has a very easy to use interface. I didn't see any misspelled words or incomplete sentences either! I'm a stickler for proper grammar and punctuation...
thanks forward... you and i both!
Pretty slick, I was just looking up domains for that same type of thing.
Yep, good job.
Thanks... this took months to develop actually. We spent alot of time on the backend. It is a custom inventory management system which streamlines the process on our end. I am sure we will run into bugs but we will be very efficient.
In your FAQs-
How should I ship my materials?
FEDEX, UPS and USPS are ok with us
What is the minimum amount of material you recommend sending?
This answer has no capitals.
*Only things I can find with my 2 year old son jumping all over me at the moment.
But overall, good.

Nice site E, looks very professional
Being someone who is always looking for top dollar for his e-scrap i would like to see a current value page that you can update. Other than that its an awesome site.
Nice simple and functional website.
I think that it would be useful to ad also Canadian provinces to your list. You never know, maybe you can receive electronic scrap from there too.
More connections = more opportunities = more money = more happy people!
Not affiliated with CashForGold.com,I hope,,,That place chaps my gourds!
I guess it's much better to be happy than jubilant,, lolI think would be useful to ad also Canadian provinces to your list.

lol M688...we'll never forget Ronald ?!
Ewasted,
Please take my criticism as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism... I'm just giving you my honest opinion here...
First of all, the "Cash for XXXXX" name makes me immediately associate your site with "Cash for Gold", the biggest player in the direct gold scrap buying industry. Not sure if you're familiar with them, but they're known for being deceptive and for sending people checks that are usually 5% to 20% of spot price. As a matter of fact, their own e-scrap buying website is "Cash for Electronic Scrap USA".
Second of all, your website is equally as evasive as the "scam" gold buyers when it comes to giving someone an idea of what kind of payday they can expect. The FAQ question relating to payouts basically says "It depends".
Third, the "contact us" option isn't in the main menu - but hidden at the bottom of the page, and it doesn't contain a phone number, address, or even an email address.
All together I wouldn't ever trust anything of value to a website like this.
It seems to me as though you've gone to great lengths to make yourself seem like "the big guys", when IMHO you should try to distance yourself from them. Why dehumanize the process? Put your picture on the website! Show you or one of your employees actually handing some material! Make your company easily approachable to answer questions, and for God's sake let people have some semblance of a clue as to what they can expect to gain financially!
That was a well thought out answer.
Great feedback...
A few thoughts on our end... in a volatile market providing daily pricing is a problem. We would pay on the market on the day material is received. There are other variables such as how much inventory on hand that can impact pricing as well, e.g. receiving 1000 lbs lot to process which can help fill a load and get it out the door quicker.
Our site isnt dedicated in training how to sort boards... it is to offer those who are limited on space, want to mix it all together and get a check.
The grades of boards we produce, over 30 different board grades, allows us to pay our customers more reasonably for their material. Our intent, not expectation is to train others on what/how we sort which is specific to our processes. Additionally this is an evolving process... it changes quarterly...
We certainly have noted the advice, will meet with my guys over here to discuss if we should make any changes.
KEep the feedback coming! thanks!

Keeping current prices wouldnt be that hard. Get your web designer to make a spreadsheet you can change and upload every morning. I use to do this for the gamestore I use to help run. Took like 10 mins each morning to update and it kept my phone from ringing off the hook with how much you pay for this calls. Here are 2 examples of how easy it can look and your customers will be happy for it. Just my $.02....

As a potential customer, please tell me why I should package my items, pay to have them shipped to you, and then trust you to pay me what YOU think is fair?
There are at least a handful of buyers out there who give upfront prices. Hell, some even send you the cash BEFORE you ship your items, based solely on pics and descriptions.
