    different strokes part 2

Ill try to make this quick and short: part of the prob with me posting is me I know that

we are all different in the way we scrap. and for different reasions. what we have to do is realise all the info we get from one source may not fit our plan or method, so we all have to realise a big yard has different motives and methods than an sis scrapper we must all learn to take what we can in knowledge, give what we can and throw the rest back for others to use.

I think the thing I like most about this forum is that as a wire processor I get the opportunity to see how life on the other side of the fence is. It never ceases to amaze me how you all can make money out of the junk that people give away.

sadly one of the most vivid memories I have left of my Dad is a very bitter argument over the term rag top, to me in the 60s they were rag tops to him they were convertables, we all need to just remember one persons convertable is anothers rag top.

They were ragtops in the 60's and I still call them ragtops today..lol. I'm corrected quite often my my VW crowd as a ragtop had the canvas just over the center of the roof (think Herbie the Love Bug) and a convertible was an entire canvas top.

And I agree with ya olddude, different strokes for different folks!
