Definitely not NY. You'll lose half your profits to taxes before you even get it. I heard Texas is best
There's nothing more fun and more effective than hitting something repeatedly with a sledgehammer

it looks like Texas and South Carolina are the best and they are warm lol
well by the looks of things here my guess would be China or India.
very good Gus didn't know that many people knew China controls over 85% of our sea ports through leases and "government" contracts, including both ends of the Panama canal.
Are you going to process it or sell it?
You can incorporate your business in any state you want and but have your address in another state.

Nevada and Delaware are best.
True but the problem with that is that most states will kill you if you are incorporated in another state and do business there. It is a good excuse to tax the crap out of you as a foreign company. All you are really getting is protection from lawsuits because of favorable courts. There are some tax breaks but the fact is most if not all states will tax you on revenue gained in their state.
Before someone mistakes the term, in government foreign is what they call a company in another state. Alien is what they call a company from another country.
Jacksonville, Florida
Is a great place as the Governor is spending a lot of dough to upgrade the port on the news that China is widening the Panama Canal for increased traffic.
