do we need more law and regulation ?

I agree totally olddude, all the laws and regulations are not going to stop theives, they are devious and they find ways around them. More laws and regs only hurt us. We should band togeather go to council mettings and offer to help the men in blue or the suits I just wonder if they would listen. Like others have said there are alterier motives behind the laws and regs that help big buisiness not the little guys like us.

are there places where you have to explain where metalin your truck came from??? if thats the case then the next car over should have to explain where the bottle of water and the napkins in their glove box came from, wth? they cant do that

also it really should be the job of the scrap dealers to filter through the bs
you dont see bike shops buying nice bikes off tweakers and what not...

i took in about 150 lbs of #2 copper i had removed off a junk diesel generator i had purchased... my truck was in the shop so it was all crammed in the trunk of my car looked a little shady... the guy at the scrapyard didnt know me and said well that must of been one hell of a transformer whered u steal that from and i said if you think something is stolen you should be calling the cops instead of purchasing it, they did anyhow.
