Hah! the unit was the first thing I went to town on this morning, but relinquished my efforts due to the amount of labor involved getting all the steel outside. The container is coming first thing, so I'll load all the ferrous and take my time (I don't see them picking the conatiner up the same day) and attempt to break down the equipment,they have a hi-lo I can use to help me.Quote:

I almost gave up on a huge AC commercial radiator due to the steel cage around it, it was from the 50's and way overbuilt and set in to place w/ a crane. I got to looking at and realized it had regular welds attaching each section. I had no power on site...Demo-saw time! I rented one for $40,all day, got a 12 pack of HF 7" cutting wheels and started cutting next to every weld I saw. Well 4 hrs later the skeleton just fell away and I had 1500lbs of Cu/AL radiators! They were still too heavy to handle so the demo saw cut them into 150lb chunks. I was beat but the payday was oh so sweet!!
