help from the company: they did most every thing, I just filled and packed the boxes, they arranged shipping, provided lables, arranged pick up

used Fedex. shipping was prompt but it was a little pricey in my opinion i HAVE BEEN REMINDED THAT SHIPPING PRICES ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE CUSTOMER, anything ewasted had to do with the shippng was A+
