Ok I finally got setup for accepting credit cards on the go. I went with "Flint", this is a newer company that seems to have really good reviews. Unlike square and other companies it doesnt require the card reader rather, you just scan the card with your smart phone and it reads that numbers. Everyone I know that uses square, including people on this forum, seem to really like it. I was going to go with square until I saw all of the negative reviews online about the customer service. I decided to go with flint because there is no extra hardware and they have good reviews on their customer service but, if I didnt find flint I would have tried square. "Flint" charges about 2% for debit cards and 3% for credit cards.
Here is a review website that reviews credit card services: Flint Mobile Payment Review 2014 | Expert & User Reviews

A drawback though will be explaining to customers that im not taking a picture of their card and saving it, the info is not stored, I am just scanning it. Also even though the card is present the transaction is considered a "no card present" transaction so, it also requires the customers zip code and the number on the back of the card. Since it is considered a "no card present" transaction it seems that you have less legal leverage against fraud and chargebacks but, it also seems the extra info from the customer helps if something happens.
