So finally, it has happened. Just signed a lease on a new property today. Our first day in the new shop will be May 1st so we have a little time to transition. The warehouse is 10000sqft and it is 1500/month with a lease to own option built in. Pretty pumped as it is right off the highway and we believe it will really help out our exposure. Boy real estate is dirt cheap out there. I have looked at similar warehouse spaces out here and that size would run you 12-15,000 per month plus utilities.

Wow...i am sorry. The biggest problem here is that there just is not a lot to pick from. St. Louis is a different story, but that is not where we want to be.

And Droz, I will keep that in mind. We can just burn some of those darn Projection tv's that we get..haha.
