God is great, scrap is good, and people are crazy
Its better to be scrapping and thinking of God than sitting in church thinking of scrapping
its worth it if it is metal fiberglass not so much
i passed up a fiberglass one was just the haul . buddy that picked it up has it for sale for 250 I did not want the thing laying around waiting for a buyer
Depense what you would do with it. You try to sell it as is but that could be hard to do with no trailor. If you know how you could fix it up, get more money. You scrap it, alu.,ss,lower unit housing is cast alu. moter heavy steel. Problem would be getting rid of the fiberglass.Personly I would pass, but thats just me.
I'll bet that by the time you finished making this thread, that boat was gone.
To be honest it's not worth it but since he says he would deliver that makes it borderline.....Not alot of metal and you are going to spend alot of time cutting up fiberglass to get rid of it....LOL I did a fiberglass boat once but it had a 350 engine in it making it worth the time....The engine alone brought almost $100 in scrap

Thanks guys. I think I might call him
Depends on a couple of things, was the boat used fresh or salt water, an engine used in salt water could be full of porosity if not properly flushed. You could net a couple of hundred each from the water cooled manifolds then if the leg is any good more money in parts or whole unit.
Engine looks to be a Ford small block.
Post is down. Boat is gone.
