    I found this. 1st run I did printed it out in 2 sheets. Apparently I had too much text so it pushed the phone tabs to the 2nd page. Even though you can "preview" before printing, I don't see where it shows you if it's all on the same page. I had to preview it in my printer window to see how it was formatted.
